Warranty Disclaimer

1. No Manufacturer Warranty Provided

Vehicles imported through EVDIRECT are sourced from the Chinese market and may not include:

• ✗ UAE manufacturer warranty
• ✗ GCC regional warranty coverage
• ✗ Official brand service center support
• ✗ Warranty transfers from China to UAE

2. EVDIRECT's Role

EVDIRECT provides:

• ✓ Import coordination and logistics services
• ✓ Pre-shipment vehicle inspection
• ✓ Customs clearance and UAE registration
• ✓ Coordination with third-party warranty providers (optional)

We do NOT provide:

• ✗ Vehicle repairs or maintenance
• ✗ Warranty coverage of any kind
• ✗ Responsibility for manufacturing defects
• ✗ Post-import technical support

3. Third-Party Warranty Options

We can introduce you to independent UAE-based warranty providers who offer:

• Extended Warranty Packages - Starting from AED 9,500
• Battery Coverage - Available for select models
• Comprehensive Plans - Mechanical and electrical coverage

Important: Third-party warranties are separate contracts between you and the warranty provider. EVDIRECT does not guarantee coverage terms, claim processing, or service quality from third-party providers.

4. Service Center Compatibility

Chinese-market vehicles may experience:

• Limited official brand service center support in UAE
• Compatibility with independent EV service centers (varies by model)
• Parts availability challenges (longer lead times possible)
• Software/app region restrictions (unless localized)

5. Customer Responsibility

As the Importer of Record, you accept responsibility for:

• All post-import vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Securing warranty coverage (if desired)
• Finding compatible service centers
• Parts procurement and software updates

6. Limitation of EVDIRECT Liability

EVDIRECT's total liability is limited to the amount of the concierge service fee (AED 15,000). We are not responsible for:

• Manufacturing defects or vehicle quality issues
• Warranty claims or coverage disputes
• Post-import repairs, maintenance, or technical issues
• Third-party warranty provider performance
• Service center availability or parts supply

7. Pre-Purchase Acknowledgment Required

By engaging EVDIRECT's services, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. You understand imported vehicles do not come with UAE manufacturer warranties
2. You accept responsibility as the legal Importer of Record
3. You will arrange your own warranty coverage (if desired)
4. EVDIRECT's role is limited to import coordination only
5. EVDIRECT's liability is capped at AED 15,000 (the service fee)
