By engaging EVDIRECT Concierge ("EVDIRECT", "we", "us", "our") for vehicle import services, you ("Client", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
EVDIRECT provides import concierge services for brand-new Chinese electric vehicles into the UAE. We coordinate all aspects of the import process but do not sell, own, or take possession of vehicles.
Our fixed concierge service fee is AED 15,000 per vehicle import.
100% Refundable until vehicle is secured: Your AED 15,000 concierge fee is fully refundable until we have successfully secured your vehicle with our authorized dealer and the import process officially begins. This includes situations where:
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation or unavailability determination.
Non-refundable after vehicle is secured: Once we have successfully secured your vehicle with the dealer and engaged with logistics partners on your behalf, the concierge fee becomes non-refundable as our services are being actively performed and third-party commitments have been made.
The following costs are NOT included in our concierge fee and are paid by you directly to providers:
Our concierge fee is due upon initiating the import process. Payment must be received before we begin coordination with dealers and logistics partners.
The typical import process takes 4-6 weeks from payment to delivery. This is an estimate and may vary based on factors beyond our control including vehicle availability, shipping conditions, weather, customs processing, and regulatory changes.
EVDIRECT is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to: shipping delays, customs processing delays, dealer availability, weather conditions, regulatory changes, or force majeure events.
Vehicle availability is subject to dealer inventory and manufacturer production. If the requested configuration is unavailable, we will work with you to find alternatives or process a refund per Section 7.
You must provide accurate information including Emirates ID, passport, contact details, and delivery address. Delays or issues caused by inaccurate information are your responsibility.
You are responsible for making timely payments directly to dealers (vehicle cost) and logistics partners (shipping cost) as coordinated by EVDIRECT.
You must maintain responsive communication throughout the import process and respond to requests for information or decisions within reasonable timeframes.
All vehicles imported through EVDIRECT are brand new from authorized Chinese dealers. We conduct pre-shipment quality inspections.
Vehicles come with manufacturer warranty. EVDIRECT is not the warranty provider and does not control warranty terms, coverage, or claim outcomes.
Any manufacturer defects or vehicle issues are subject to manufacturer warranty. EVDIRECT can facilitate connections but is not responsible for defect resolution or repair costs.
You must inspect the vehicle upon delivery and report any shipping damage or concerns within 48 hours.
100% refundable: If you cancel your order or we are unable to secure your selected vehicle before the import process officially begins, you will receive a full refund of your AED 15,000 concierge fee within 14 business days. No administrative fees apply when the vehicle has not yet been secured with the dealer.
Your vehicle is considered "secured" when we have:
Once your vehicle is secured with the dealer and the import process has begun, our concierge fee becomes non-refundable as our services are being actively performed and third-party commitments have been made on your behalf.
If your requested vehicle configuration is unavailable, we will work with you to find an acceptable alternative. If no acceptable alternative can be found and you choose not to proceed, a full refund applies as per section 7.1.
Vehicle cost, shipping, and customs payments made directly by you to third-party providers (dealers, logistics partners, clearance agents) are subject to those providers' individual refund and cancellation policies. EVDIRECT facilitates but does not control these transactions.
Our liability is limited to the provision of concierge services. We are not liable for vehicle defects, shipping damage, customs issues, regulatory changes, or third-party actions.
EVDIRECT's total liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to our services (including but not limited to negligence, breach of contract, misrepresentation, or any other cause of action) is strictly limited and capped at the amount of the concierge service fee paid by you (AED 15,000).
This liability cap applies regardless of the nature or amount of damages claimed, including but not limited to vehicle defects, shipping issues, customs complications, regulatory changes, warranty disputes, or third-party service failures.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of use.
EVDIRECT facilitates connections with dealers, logistics partners, warranty providers, and insurance providers. Your relationships with these parties are direct and governed by their respective terms.
Facilitation does not constitute endorsement or guarantee of third-party services or performance.
Claims related to vehicle quality, shipping, warranty, or insurance are between you and the respective provider. EVDIRECT can assist but is not responsible for third-party claim outcomes.
We handle all UAE import and registration compliance. Vehicles are imported legally and registered per UAE regulations.
If regulatory changes affect the import process, we will work to adapt but are not liable for impacts beyond our control.
You must comply with all UAE laws regarding vehicle ownership, registration, insurance, and operation.
All content on the EVDIRECT website including text, graphics, logos, and images is owned by EVDIRECT and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
We encourage amicable resolution of any disputes. Please contact us first to resolve any concerns.
EVDIRECT reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
